Scrapbooking 101: Vertical Titles

I don’t know about you, but I love it when I see scrapbook pages with the title placed vertically rather than horizontal.  It’s not a natural placement, but it just seems to add more interest to a page.  Here are a few examples:

1) Cute as a Bug – this page features one of my favorite photos of Seth & Mia taken when Seth was just 2 months old.  I used a piece of designer paper from the Pawsitively Prints pack that coordinates with our Build-a-Bear line of products in the Holiday Mini catalog.

Stamps: whimsical lower alphabet, love bugs; Inks: ballet blue, regal rose, kiwi kiss; Cardstock: ballet blue, kiwi kiss, whisper white, pawsitively prints DSP; Embellishments: kiwi kiss striped grosgrain ribbon; Tools: paper piercer, mat pack, curly label punch, scallop oval punch, word window punch, circle scissors plus, glass mat

3) Citrus Smile – this one has a title that is both vertical and horizontal title.  For details on this page, click here.
