Mia was home sick for 3 days a few weeks ago and was getting serious couped-up-itis. Yes, I made that word up! Anyway, I suggested that she make page corner bookmarks for her classmates and a few friends. I had some retired designer paper and a lot of Only Orange cardstock, so we set to work creating about 30 bookmarks. The kids loved them.
Here are the girl version bookmarks with scalloped edges, polka-dot or star-burst designer paper, and white gel pen polka dot accents:
And here are the boy version bookmarks with a straight edge, striped designer paper, and bashful blue strips for accents:
