If you’re stuck on thinking of new layout ideas, you can’t go wrong with a basic color blocking look. Just place your pictures at random intervals around the page and use several different styles of patterned paper or cardstock to create “blocks” either up and down or across your page. My Christmas Elf page uses the color blocking technique and because of the various patterns throughout the page, few embellishments are needed. I’ll post the 2nd page of this layout tomorrow.
